Have these campaigns set up as CBO campaigns so that the pixel can optimize between the two ad sets.
Inside each ad set, you should have a minimum of 2 ad creatives. This will ensure if anything goes wrong, you will always have one still running.
Make sure you give your ideal customer campaigns a $25 to $50 budget. These are data driven campaigns, they need more money to optimize correctly.
